Tale of Wooden Eagle

Once upon a time in one tsardom lived a tsar and his son. Tsar was a collector of different wonders and he supported and employed skilled craftsmen, those could make them. One time local locksmith and joiner disputed who of them is better. Tsar ordered them to make something unusual and to show him. Some days passed and locksmith showed the Tsar golden duck. It looked like real and alive one, it swam, went, ate etc. Joiner brought to the palace wooden eagle, turned key and eagle started to fly. Suddenly young prince jumped on eagle's back and flew away. Tsar became very angry and ordered to jail the joiner and put him to death in his son would not be found.
The prince landed near capital of another kingdom. He met an old woman, which gave him place in her house and told him a lot about this kingdom. Her story about the local king's daughter was very interesting for prince. The king's daughter was very beautiful and her father was afraid that somebody will marry her and hid her in the tall tower.
Young prince decided to look at the beautiful princess and one night he flew to the tower on his eagle. Young people fell in love, but servants caught prince in young maid's room. King decided to execute him. Last wish of prince was to look at his friend wooden eagle. When he was given the eagle he turned the key, jumped on its back and flew to the princess's window. Young maid jumped to the eagle's back and they returned together to the prince's home.
Joiner was released; prince and princess married and lived happily ever after.
